New Welsh talent Jonathan Powell, was recently described as 'Genius and a little gem' by Frank Henessey and Amy Wadge on their BBC Radio Wales programme Jonathan's music, which has been described by several reviewers as urban folk, has a strong classical influence; he studied the viola at the Royal Academy of Music, London from the early age of 16 after winning the National Chamber competition 5 times!
